Reservation cancellation policy

You can cancel a confirmed reservation up to 48 hours in advance, using the link in your confirmation e-mail.

Should you cancel your reservation later than 48 hours beforehand, or fail to arrive on time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of CZK 2,150 per guest for whom the reservation was made. The full amount will be debited from the payment card authorised when the reservation was made.
